お問い合わせ
個人で作っているアプリです。返信までに数日いただくことがあります。不具合のご連絡には、iPhoneの機種とiOSのバージョン、できれば画面の写真を添えていただけると助かります。
よくある質問
撮った写真がすぐに見られません
そういう作りです。シャッターを切ってから、白い紙に像が浮かぶまで少し待ちます。端末を振ると早くなります。待ちたくないときは、設定 → 撮影 → 現像を待つ を「なし」にしてください。
写真に地名が入りません
位置情報の許可が必要です。iPhoneの設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 位置情報サービス → Travel Camera から許可してください。許可しなくても撮影はすべてできます（その場合は日付だけが入ります）。
買ったのに制限が消えません／機種を変えました
設定 → Travel Camera Pro を開いて「購入を復元」を押してください。購入時と同じApple Accountでサインインしている必要があります。
写真が消えました／別の端末に移したい
このアプリはクラウドに写真を上げません。すべて端末の中だけにあります。残したい写真は「写真に保存」で端末の写真アプリに書き出してください。設定 → 撮ったら写真アプリにも保存 をオンにしておくと、撮るたびに自動で書き出されます。
アプリを消すとどうなりますか
アプリ内のアルバムと旅の記録は消えます。写真アプリに書き出した写真は残ります。
返金について
買い切りの決済はAppleが行っています。返金はAppleの窓口（reportaproblem.apple.com）からお申し込みください。

Frequently asked
My photo doesn’t appear right away
That is how the app works. After the shutter, the image takes a moment to rise out of the white paper. Shake the phone to speed it up. To skip the wait, go to Settings → Capture → Wait for developing and choose “Off.”
No place name is printed on my photo
Location access is required. Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Travel Camera and allow it. Every shooting feature works without it; you will simply get the date alone.
I purchased, but the limit is still there / I changed phones
Open Settings → Travel Camera Pro and tap “Restore purchase.” You must be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
My photos are gone / I want them on another device
The app never uploads photos to a cloud. Everything lives on your device only. To keep a photo, use “Save to Photos.” Turning on Settings → Save to Photos as you shoot exports every shot automatically.
What happens if I delete the app
The in-app album and trip records are deleted. Photos you exported to your photo library remain.
